Service department was speedy and efficient. However, the courtesy driver needs to slow down. He drives WAY TO CLOSE to the vehicle in front of him. And i feared more than once we were going to wreck.

I was driving to hutch and my car was shutting down. I called Derek at Conklins cars and he arranged for the car to be picked up and a rental car right away. The service dept fixed the vehicle along with the recall and it was the best service that I could have asked for especially with unforeseen circumstance. Provides prompt service. However did not provide a temporary vehicle even though it was a 4-1/2 hour wais and I purchased my vehicle there. Was told I had my car too long to do this (not quite 5 years). They also did not rotate my tires which was requested at the time I made the appointment and also when I checked in.
